Customer Service Representative
Warehouse distribution company serving diverse industrial, automotive, trucking, recreational, facilities, telecom and data markets has an opening for a full-time business-to-business customer service representative in a small call center. Duties include answering customer inquiries, entering orders, supporting outside sales staff, expediting orders, and telemarketing. Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable. Must demonstrate attention to detail and have very strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Act a plus. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
