Job Description
Energy Advisors build longstanding relationships with our customers. They pursue opportunities and spend much of their time in the customer's home, promoting what they believe in and loving what they do. They carefully assess our customers' energy needs and thoughtfully provide educated solutions, answer questions, and address concerns.
Responsibilities
o Be personable, interactive, customer friendly and confident in what you do.
o Must have entrepreneurial spirit and pursue leads and conduct in-home consultation appointments with prospective customers.
o Speak with those customers about Plant renewable and alternative energy solutions.
o Cultivate interest and address customer questions and concerns.
o Build a network fueled by customer satisfaction and immaculate rapport.
o Exceed quotas and work in a fast-paced environment.
o Log customer interactions in a CRM.
Requirements
o Successful sales experience in building a customer base and referral network.
o Possess high energy and be driven to assist, inform, and exceed.
o Remain professional, self-disciplined, honest, and self-confident.
o Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o High school diploma required, college degree a plus.
o Clean driving record in past 5 years.
o Excellent computer skills required, including MS Office.
o Proficiency with CRM systems a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
