PoserKids Yoga's Program Managers are our educators in the field. They are highly unique, hybrid professionals who are equal parts dynamic educational services provider, youth wellness coach, relationship manager and creative entertainer. We are actively recruiting Program Managers to help bring our enrichment program to area preschools and elementary schools, supporting our national expansion and maintaining the integrity of our dynamic youth mindfulness program. Job Description:
Maintaining & growing relationships at targeted institutions in delivering and supporting our program as an in-school or after-school enrichment option, co-marketing program with our Regional Managers in collaboration with institution to achieve optimal student enrollment
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with institution's students, staff, and parents alike
Delivering a dynamic weekly enrichment program to preschool & elementary age children at client schools
Support & maintain a local territory in your neighborhood with corporate backing including marketing support, ongoing performance development & access to centralized business operations resources and infrastructure
Work 10-15
hrs a week while earning an outstanding primary/secondary income, enjoying the freedom of creating a work schedule and income stream that fits your goals & needs
Excellent training & performance development provided residually; leadership and advancement opportunities abound within an emerging start-up culture
Qualified candidates will offer:
Experience and passion for working with preschool/elementary age children as an educator, caretaker, coach or instructor
Yoga teacher training and studio teaching experience highly preferred; yoga practitioner experience required
Creative moxie exemplified in extracurricular pursuits and endeavors such as art, music, writing, etc.
Compensation range: $50-100/hr+
