Direct Sales Representative-Bilingual Preferred

Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for the face-to-face marketing of our products and services. Our most successful Direct Sales Professionals EARN $80,000
and come from a variety of backgrounds including:
Retired Military
Small Business Owners
Service Industries
Retail Sales
Consumer Products
Business to Business
What you'll do:
o Daily check ins with supervisor
o Knock assigned residential territory
o Master and sell the value of the product
o Maintain records of sales and service activities
o Acquire new and upgrade current subscribers by conducting door-to-door canvas and appointment or referral solicitation in assigned territory
o Arrange installation dates
o Become a product expert on all services as well as competition
o Commit to 4 weeks of comprehensive training
o Work non-traditional hours (most sales happen when people are home (evenings and Saturday)), flexibility with schedule
o Meet and exceed sales quotas (increases income)
o Take ownership of outcomes and have FUN!

What you need:
o Experience working with the public in a sales or service environment
o High level of self-motivation and desire to control personal income
o High school diploma; college degree preferred
o Must be willing to work in inclement weather & Saturday
o Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving history
o Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
o Sales experience (up-selling, cross selling, sales prospecting, cold calling) preferred but not required
o Winning ATTITUDE and Drive for Success, a must!!
o Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
o Computer proficiency
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills
