Solar Contract Processor (Escondido)
We are a leading residential solar installation company with several locations. This position will be located in our Escondido office and will assist and process contracts for all offices.
Responsibilities:
Process all new residential solar contracts from our sales consultants. Enter all information into our CRM and prepare contract folders with all pertinent legal documents and paperwork. Maintain constant communication with sales consultants during the initial contract approval stage to ensure fulfillment. Merge/create documentation as needed and work closely with our third party leasing partners. Assist with filing records and miscellaneous paperwork and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess 3-10 years of construction, mortgage loan or underwriting experience. Be tech savvy and familiar with contract processing, imaged documents and be capable of handling a high volume of contracts. We are seeking a highly energetic, reliable and dynamic individual with great computer skills (including moderate to advanced experience in Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook). The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, organized, meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks have great verbal/written communication skills. Last but not least, a good sense of humor and openness is a big plus as well as being bi-lingual (Spanish).
Candidates possessing the following skill sets and qualifications will be given first priority:
Experience in the Solar industry
Experience with various home improvement financing sources
