Commercial Construction Project Manager
Qualified Candidate must possess the following:
Minimum of at least 5 years as a Construction Project Manager.
A proven track record of outstanding individual and team player who can take a project from conception to completion.
Knowledge of estimating, drawings, specifications, writing scopes of work, drawing/submittal process, contracts, write and monitor Purchase Orders, Change Orders and schedules.
Knowledge of Microsoft Application; RE: Excel, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of Paskr and Microsoft Project.
Will be expected to do visits to construction sites for review of progress and work with Project Superintendent.
Ability to effectively manage several projects as once.
Ability to successfully manage and work together with Owners, Architects, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Must be motivated, assertive and have outstanding leadership skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
