Master Crathern Operator
JOB
Summary: Perform as a Master Crathern Operator providing maximum output and efficiency by exceeding the standard allotment for waste and productivity.
Must have experience on a Crathern Machine
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary:
Perform all tasks to get the machine ready for production.
Maintain correct glue viscosity throughout the day.
Make all necessary adjustments to the machine during operation.
Maintain equipment by performing all scheduled operator maintenance.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Maintain minimum production and waste goals.
Supervision Received:
Minimum
Authority and Accountabilities:
Accountable to meet all performance expectations and act in the best interest of the company at all times. Accountable to report to the supervisor all issues that may require management's attention.
Accountable for working within the principles of Blast Based Safety.
Accountable for producing a quality product.
Accountable for entering production into ENT32 system
Work Environment:
Climate controlled plant

Qualifications:
A. Training/Education/License/Certification/Registrations/Minimum Requirements:
Must have experience with Cratherns or similar machinery
Must demonstrate the ability to consistently efficiently exceed production standards
Must be able to read and write in English and understand Job ticket instructions.
Must have mechanical aptitude.
High School diploma preferred
B. Experience Minimum Requirements:
Two or more years experience with similar equipment required
C. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout an 8 hour day.
