Debt Recovery Solutions of Ohio, Inc. hiring in the REVENUE RECOVERY DEPARTMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
o Reviewing various types of delinquent accounts and maintaining all work queue and desk assignments.
o Initiating telephone contact with consumers to attempt recovery and/or resolution of their debt obligation.
o Establishing consumer ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate payment program/options.
o Meeting or exceeding all daily, weekly and monthly recovery expectations.
o Understanding and following federal and state laws governing debt collection (all necessary training provided).
o Ability to work Monday through Friday.
o Passing required compliance test(s) as administered by management.
o Performing other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
o High school diploma or GED equivalent.
o Basic computer skills.
o Basic math skills.

o Be energetic, assertive, charismatic and able to remain focused and determined to meet monthly quotas. A successful candidate will also be ambitious, inquisitive and assertive. This position requires excellent verbal interpersonal negotiation communication skills requiring organization, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
