Objective: Braze, weld and clean tubular components in a safe and efficient manner while meeting customer and
company expectations for form, fit, function, quality, and on time delivery.
Openings: (3) 1st shift/ (2) 3rd shift
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of successful experience in a manufacturing environment
Job Requirements:
Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up supervision
Customer service and quality driven
Ability to be cross trained and cross functional within department.
Observant, attentive to detail, and quality conscious
Self motivated and task driven.
Basic math, reasoning and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Execute any assignment given by the Brazing Group Leader.
Strive to meet or exceed quantity and quality of work expectations
Follow work instructions and procedures.
Perform quality checks as required for each work assignment.
Perform preventative equipment maintenance as assigned.
Participate in problem solving and customer complaint resolution efforts.
Inform Group Leader of all equipment, process, material, safety or quality concerns.
Participate in daily area clean up and more significant facility clean up efforts as assigned.
Follow all safety rules and use safety equipment when required for specific duties as assigned
Adhere to all other general company policies and work rules.
Consult product blue prints and technical data sheets as required.
Set up and properly use protractors and other jigs and fixtures as required.
Ensure completed product is properly stored in correct bin locations.
Accept reassignment to other departments as work load dictates. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
