The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple integration projects through the use of third-party APIs including open source projects. This individual thrives in an agile work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. In addition, you will be responsible for:
Product development in a collaborative, friendly, and open environment with a small agile team
Working on the Frontier Security access control product, a real-time client/server application
Enrich the team with your knowledge and insight
Researching technology trends
To qualify for this great opportunity, you should have 3
years in a Microsoft client-server environment using C# and C++. In addition:
You have 2
years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server including development of Stored Procedures, triggers, database access, SQL jobs, queries, and scripts
You have hands-on experience with WinForms based desktop applications.
You have hands-on experience in a Web Browser environment using JavaScript and C#.net
You have extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
You love delivering products and learning new things
You're motivated, talented, like a good argument, but listen well too
You have a strong interest in everything related to the cloud
You love working in an agile product development team
You have excellent communications skills, verbal and written
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Microsoft WPF and MVVM is a strong plus
Experience developing Web Services and Web API's is a strong plus
Experience with jQuery, Dojo and/or ExtJS a plus
