IT Tech
This is a hybrid full time, entry level position- ideal for a recent graduate. You will be providing basic IT support (we have an outside IT company that provides remote and on site support and you will interact with them to ensure that our network is running 24/7. This is an ideal job for someone willing to learn and receive on the job training while earning money.
Our network is small so IT work alone won't occupy your day. Hence in addition to IT you will help the accounting department (will train )with basic functions such as Billing, Invoice filing, scanning , running reports, etc
Required:
1-2 years experience in hardware and software support
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems: Windows XP & 7 & 8
Good knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable on software installations
Knowledge of mobile technology
Excellent customer service skills
Able to operate printers, scanners, and copiers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
