Custodian Janitor
Position Brief: The Custodian will clean, and prepare for special events at our customers' facilities.
Educational, Training, License Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements:
Professional experience working with cleaning products and equipment
One year of custodial experience
Description of
Responsibilities:
Floors:
Sweeping and Vacuuming
Scrubbing
(Dry and wet) mopping
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
Shampoo carpets
Trash:
Monitor grounds for trash
Empty trash receptacles
Deliver collected trash to the designated area
Cleaning:
Bathroom
Water fountains
Elevators
Clean and shine furnishings and fixtures
Windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment
Other duties:
Follow procedures for the use and disposal of chemical cleaners
Assist in special event setup
Monitor building for maintenance, safety and security issues; and report any violations to your immediate supervisor and or manager
Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe operable condition
Report shortage of supplies and equipment failures to your immediate supervisor and or manager
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
Maintain and increase productivity and value at CMG Resource
Traveling is required
Employment Type: W-2, Full-time & Part-time Positions AvailableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
