Proposal Coordinator

General Description:
Working with Technical Sales Support and Account Managers to create final customer proposals and process all forms of Purchase Orders.

Roles:
Proposal Support:
Gain working knowledge of AVL Quote and Offer RL to enable obtaining files needed to build quote built by Technical Sales Support.
After estimation on projects is completed by TSS personnel, generate MSWord document to finalize quote to meet AVL quote standards with:
AVL Quote formatting standards
Customer quote requirements
Adherence to approved terms and conditions
Administration of proposal storage and support documents on AVL network and SalesForce
Administration of SalesForce opportunity data
Gain working knowledge of AVL Quote & Offer RL proposal application to enable modification of quote to match PO.
Administration of SalesForce opportunity data to enable booking of order.
Adherence to match PO back to quote or standard pricing with required information:
Ship To / Bill To
Payment & Invoicing Terms
Purchase Terms & Conditions
Ship Date
Purchase Order (PO) Processing:
Ability to identify and clearly communicate purchase order issues to Account Managers, internal teams and customer to work toward acceptance or change of PO.
Any other functions or tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to share work load in team environment.
Ability to use or learn AVL Quote & Offer RL proposal application.
Working knowledge of SalesForce preferred.
Proven, tested ability with Microsoft Office computer skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven logical thinking ability.
Strong organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
