This is great place to live! A Great Place to Live and Work! YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Seeking a Registered Nurse for our Hospice Care Unit, must have RN Virginia License and at least one year RN experience, this will be Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
You will provide or supervise all nursing care during assigned shift.
Hospice experience preferred or med-surgical.
General nursing activities providing quality patient care.
Assumes the responsibility for managing total patient care in the home by the provision of comprehensive skilled nursing care and coordination of other disciplines geared toward continuity of care, care directed toward established goals and outcomes and documentation reflecting care given.
Provides quality skilled nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of the client based on nursing process.
