PRN/On Call Specimen Collector / Health Services Specialist-Will Train
Job Description
This position is a Part-Time / as needed position (PRN) with an hourly rate starting at $16.50.
The selected candidates will provide drug and alcohol testing at the Pantex location in Oak Ridge, TN. Routine duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to urine specimen collections, breath alcohol testing, light receptionist duties, greeting visitors. The selected candidate must a high standard of competency, conduct and integrity.
You must have sound written/oral communication capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and have a minimum of two years administrative and/or specimen collection and testing work experience. The selected candidate must be proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Office, Excel and Outlook) to prepare and complete status updates. Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure reports and other deliverables are prepared in compliance with company and federal drug testing workplace policies and procedures.
Desired Skills & Experience
o Knowledge of 49 CFR Part 40 DOT, DHHS Federal Workplace Drug Testing Procedures and/or 10 CFR 707, Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites
o Experienced Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) training per 49 CFR Part 40 a strong plus
o Demonstrated proficiency with the handling, protection, and control of sensitive information.
o Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients
o Drug-Free as random urine drug screens are required
o 24/7 flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Occasional days to cover regular employees when needed. Only serious candidates that can work day, evening and night shifts should apply.
o Clean criminal history to pass a stringent background screen.
o Strong plus, if you have an active Q-security clearance or must be capable of acquiring a Q-clearance
o Dependable, strong work ethic with a valid driver's license as driving a 28 foot mobile unit is required; training provided

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
