Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is up to $23/hr. W-2.
? Contractors that start before May 1 2015 are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

Job Description:
? Able to pull and manipulate data once received and use it to perform the remaining job duties. Should be able to create data queries. Data Analysis very highly recommended.
? Responsible for the daily implementation, monitoring, on-going reporting and communication of the client's Center of Excellence Program. This includes working directly with business owners to gather and maintain program requirements, monitoring and reporting on monthly data, managing the COE website and managing the vendor RFP process for all materials and awards. Additional responsibility includes acting as the main liaison between Region, Field and Dealers regarding Center of Excellence. Conduct analysis to identify potential winners, managing the audit process to validate results, working with the regions and dealers with the appeals process and selecting final winners.
? Responsible for the daily implementation, monitoring, on-going reporting and communication for the client Profiles in Achievement Recognition Program. This includes working with working directly with business owners to gather and maintain program requirements, monitoring and reporting on monthly data, managing the PIA websites and managing the RFP for all materials and awards for each eligible job title. Additional responsibility includes managing stakeholder reviews to monitor results and appeals to finalize winner selection.
? Responsible for all inquires through a shared email box. Must be able to analysis data and respond to individuals in a timely and professional manner.
? Responsible for the development and implementation of operational performance tools to support retail staff to achieve PIA and AIM Recognition.
? Responsible for managing all purchasing, invoice and entry for IFT to ensure timely and accurate payment to all vendors and partners.
? Work directly with Germany to manage the effective integration of ?Excellence in Sales? into client's recognition program.

1-2 years Customer Service Experience
1 year performing analysis in excel
1-2 years project management experience

Education Requirements: Associates degree preferred Bachelors Degree
Office skills: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
SQL experience is helpful
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to travel infrequently

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
