Job Description Inside Sales Representative in Macedonia, OhioDirect HireWill be on the phones all day.
Must have a minimum of 2 years insides sales experience.
Must be motivated, outgoing, have a great phone voice and sales skills.
Will maximize and grow sales in assigned territory through direct selling and servicing of existing and prospective customers.
Identifies and obtains new customers, cold calling, qualifying and obtaining new customers.
Identifies opportunities to recapture dormant accounts and grow existing business and achieve planned sales volume set forth by the department.
Bilingual Spanish or French would be a plus.
Requirements 2 years of sales experience is required.

college degree in business, communication or related field or equivalent work experience, 2-5 yrs of direct selling experience as a Inside Sales Rep, Success in growing and developing a sales territory, solid understanding of direct selling concepts, Proficient in computer skills; utilizing Windows and MS Office, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Outstanding communication skills; oral and written.
