Family-Nurse Practitioner.
Current opportunity is for three (3) physician extenders (APRN or PA) who will work under direct and indirect supervision of a physician providing outpatient family medicine care to consumers ranging in age from birth to death. Oklahoma state law limits physician supervision to only two (2) extenders. Desired candidate(s) will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working within a rural medical clinic or possess support, through credible references, that the candidate, with lesser experience, maintains the critical thinking skills to perform as a seasoned provider. Individual(s) will not be responsible for call within the ED, nor will they be responsible for providing in-patient care. Typical work week consists of four (4) ten (10) hour work days with the potential of a rotating Saturday clinic. Clinic is located on the campus of the hospital with all amenities necessary to provide exceptional care. This position is exempt. NMH is an EOE employer. Compensation structure will be based on the employees decision to accept a base salary or a base salary with production bonus.
