Job Description:
The Landscape Laborer is responsible for assisting foreman/crew leader in installations, grounds maintenance and lawn care, including planting, gardening, mowing, spring and fall cleanups by following precise directions.
Essential Functions:
? Ability and desire to learn best practices of landscape installation, grounds maintenance, lawn care and company standards
? Hands on work and operating all tools, equipment, machinery for needed maintenance in a clean and safe manner
? Work effectively and efficiently, follows directions from Foreman
? Good verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
? Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
? Desire to learn and advance in the landscape industry, previous experience required
? Clean and professional appearance
? Punctual and dependableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
