Title: Sr. Associate Quality Control
Industry: Biotech/Pharmaceutical
Location: Woburn, MA
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Pay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)
Job Details:
Under general supervision, this position will perform routine procedures and testing in support of the Environmental and Clean Utility Microbiological Monitoring programs.
Specific responsibilities include performing routine laboratory procedures, such as bioburden and endotoxin sample testing, compendial (Membrane Filtration and kinetic chromogenic) and non-compendial test methods and environmental monitoring and sampling (Laser Particle Counter/ viable air Sampler/ Contact Plates) and utility water (WFI, etc) sample collection and utility compressed air and gas collection.
Microbial identification, Gram stain, growth promotion and general Micro lab tasks. Will also be responsible for documenting, computing, compiling, interpreting, reviewing, and entering data.

Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities include providing and communicating results, maintaining/operating specialized equipment, and initiating and/or implementing changes in controlled documents.
Required Skills:
Must learn and comply with safety guidelines, GLP, and cGMPs/CFRs which includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of training records, written procedures, building monitoring systems and laboratory log books.
Previous Micro lab experience in GMP settings a must.
Microbiology lab experience
GMP work environment experience
History with environmental monitoring and water testing
