Human Resources Manager
Location : Utica, NY, USA
Responsibilities:
Implement and interpret HR policies to provide guidelines for behavior within the organization
Maintain continuous availability and frequent contact with employees
Manage human resources activities in client group such as hiring, termination, training, employee services etc., in accordance with company policies, laws and regulations
Complete required paperwork and ensure files, records, logs etc. are maintained and current
Train, orient employees in new programs, and respond to questions and resolve problems
Qualifications:
Five to seven years experience within human resources
One to two years supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
