Technical Services & Quality Manager

Location : Hauppauge, NY, USA

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic defects and problems, providing repair estimates to customers where needed. Manage RMA and CMA logs and reports.
Provide technical assistance to customers and dealer network
Assist in writing and reviewing manuals and specification sheets
Assist in manage of technical services team
Inventory Control for spare parts and replacement components
Ordering and managing factory parts for repair and service
Assist in organizing production schedules for technicians & shipping manager
Present problems and solutions to our factories; follow up as necessary
Assist in shipping department when needed
Project manager responsible for overseeing our Quality Management System.
Prepare and implement a comprehensive program regarding audits and reviews of our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO9001
Maintain and control the Quality Manual and all associated procedures and documentation.
Manage ISO process, audits and certifications
Manage UL approvals
Manage exploded view diagrams

Skills and
Qualifications:

Experience with microscopes, digital imaging a plus, but not a requirement
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
