They are looking for NOC Engineers for the evening and night shifts which are either from 430PM to MIDNIGHT or MIDNIGHT to 8AM to continue to grow their team!
Summary:
Tier 1 engineers are the backbone to the work completed in Netrix's Cloud Management Center (or NOC). Tier 1 engineers interact with all types of clients and perform scripted changes. These changes can range from MAC (moves adds changes) to windows, end user computing support, new equipment install, contacting carriers or any number of daily issues. The engineers need to provide world class customer service while performing and documenting these changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this job is providing front line support and interacting with our clients over the phone.
This position will Create, Update and Respond to ticket requests either via email or phone.
Perform scripted changes on Tier 1 tickets
Work with clients on troubleshooting End User Computing issues
Recognize and escalate difficult technical issues to appropriate senior resource
Able to multi-task and work issues at the same time.
Respond to email and phone with professional and timely responses.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Provide world class customer service while helping customers
Handle incoming tickets and provide clients with updates
Diagnosis end user computer problems remotely
Complete calls with first call resolution or escalate to Tier 2
Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and 8 desktop
Basic understanding of networking, telecommunications and servers
Advanced troubleshooting desktop peripherals
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
Experience and familiarity with Solarwinds
Technical certifications a bonus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
