Software Engineer to develop object-oriented programming with creativity and innovation. This position designs, develops and troubleshoots applications. This person must be a strong experienced developer; and viewed as the Subject Matter Expert in a number of areas of the development architecture.
The Software Engineer is accountable for the following:
Business requirements and functional design review and analysis
Technical design
Development of assigned code to specification.
Unit and integration testing assigned code.
Applying standards to development
Requirements:
Java/J2EE (In particular developing web applications) - (2-5 years)
Spring (2-3 years)
Hibernate (2-3 years)
SQL - database experience (preferably MS SQL Server)
Pluses:
Web services
AJAX
Reporting tools
No subcontracting. Must be local to Illinois.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
