Manufacturing Team Leader $13-$16/hr

SUMMARY
Assists supervisor in coordinating activities of workers engaged in the die casting, in the machining, in the assembly, in the quality assurance, and in the shipping of automotive components. Assists supervisor in coordinating activities or workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings, grounds, and machines. Assists supervisor in coordinating activities of die maintenance and die repair.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Studies production schedules and recommends worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
Communicates supervisor's directions to team members.
Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Suggests changes in use of equipment to increase efficiency of department
Analyzes work problems and recommends solution to supervisor.
Assists workers in resolving work problems.
Maintains time and production records.
Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
Sets up machines and equipment.
Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
Performs activities of team members.
Examines materials and products at various stages of processing for conformance to specifications.
Trains team members in departmental functions.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. S.) or equivalent from two or four year college or technical school, or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and high school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
