Company provides bookkeeping assistance to small and medium sized business.
Company assists with internal accounting, keeping up with the company's financial books, assists in preparing for the tax season.
Customized special services for individual companies
o Experience with QuickBooks
o Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable
o Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
o The candidate would be working remotely working from home, may have to visit customer locations periodically or speak with them via phone
o The candidate must be able to pass a bookkeepers exam
o The hours are flexible between 20 -- 25 hours a week
The salary would be $18.00 - $20.00 an hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
