Replenishment Analyst
The Replenishment Analyst will retrieve and analyze sales information, manage and communicate inventory movement, generate weekly reports and to assist the Walmart Sales Team with daily sales activities and administration.
This position is located within Jel Sert's Bentonville, Arkansas office. Local candidates only as Jel Sert does NOT offer relocation.

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key Walmart Replenishment, Transportation, and Logistics personnel
Achieve key base reliability metric goals of 98.5% In-Stock, 100% Fill Rate, and 95% Delivery Compliance
Quarterly Replenishment Business Reviews with key Walmart Replenishment Managers
Recommend, develop and implement replenishment strategies and policies for inventory optimization.
Analyze sales trends and supply chain efficiencies making recommendations to maximize opportunities.
Track and report monthly forecast versus actual POS reports pro-actively addressing potential issues with logistics and inventory levels, monthly key performance indicators (fill rate, in-stock % and carrier on-time %).
Use Walmart Forecast to develop internal replenishment forecast recommendation to Sales/Team Lead
Use store of the community (regional) tool to identify inventory/sales opportunities in key store groups.
Communicate to Walmart all product supply issues and resolution timeframe.
Monitor and Track purchase orders from initial creation to warehouse delivery
Monitor and address store level DD variances
Achieve Weeks Supply goals to minimize returns and markdown liabilities
Communicate Walmart policy changes to Jel Sert and ensure their timely compliance
Monitor CPFR forecasts to +/- 20% of actual sales
Ensure all new SKUs have accurate initial forecast loaded to drive replenishment
Write Store Specific Orders (SSOs) to address in-stock issues and promotional executions
Ensure Logistics compliance as part of the modular process.
Execute End of Season strategies on deleted modular items.
Use Data Synchronization for item creation.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of Retail Link is a must.
Previous experience with GRS.

years' experience working directly with Walmart Replenishment Managers.

years' experience in a Replenishment Role.
Food and /or beverage experience is a plus.
College degree preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent working knowledge of the supply chain process
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills both oral and written, ability to quickly respond to questions or concerns, and handle adversity and objections well.
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and sales skills.
Experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc) is a must.
Up to 25% travel
