Service Sales - Facilities Services
We are currently seeking a candidate for our growing Facility Services team, in the role of Service Sales. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the company's continued success and will report directly to the General Manager of Facility Services, and will support the FS team in estimating and management of all service related jobs, scheduling, budgeting and resources management.
Summary of Job Requirements:
o Be competent in the areas of piping systems, pumping systems, fluid transfer systems, rotating equipment rehabilitation, relay logic, pump and machinery control systems
o Assist and manage the establishment and maintenance of documentation on client base, job schedules, and business plans for the Facilities Services Division.
o Assist in the development of annual budget, projected annual cost/revenue report, and long and short term look-ahead reports for the Facilities Services Division
o Ability to provide detailed conceptual estimates and scope of work and written proposals
o Development of ongoing needs assessments for the continued execution of Facilities Services work
o Provide detailed project schedule and attend project meetings and pre bid meetings and bid opening meetings
o Execute all equipment and system submittals and project closeout documentation
o Assist with the establishment of marketing programs for Facility Services Division
o Work to develop sales leads and follow up on existing sales leads
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree
o Exceptional leadership, communication and organization skills
o 5 to 10 years of construction experience
o Strong estimating, relationship management, organizational, analytical and time management skills
o Ability to handle multi task and fast paced environment
o Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required
o Previous sales experience with MEP / Soft Services is a plus
o Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schematic drawings
o Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulic and Compressed Air Systems a plus
