Job Description:
o This role will help perform Verint Nextiva upgrades on hundreds to servers worldwide to help us standardize on version 6.4.
o They will also be responsible for rolling out Active Directory Integration for Nextiva.
o This role requires Nextiva System Engineer certification - minimum of being certified of at least 6.3 version. Without this cert, user cannot install or escalate any issues to Verint.
Qualifications:
o Proficient at installing / configuring / upgrading Nextiva software
o Proficient at troubleshooting Camera, Encoder and HDR issues
o Familiar with Virtual Matrix
o Ability to perform firmware upgrades on devices and how to obtain the recommend firmware versions for 6.3sp2
o Familiar with enabling Active Directory integration with the Nextiva application
o Ability to escalate issues to Verint as needed Proficient with Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2 operating systems
o Able to perform basic systems troubleshooting
o Familiar with Terminal Services / RDP
o System Administration skills o Managing users o Disk space Nice to have:
Familiar with HP Servers (DL320 / DL360 / DL380)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
