The Senior Accountant will be responsible for US Delivery shrink reporting and analytics; maintaining physical inventory schedules, supporting fulfillment centers(FCs) during physical inventories, performing inventory audits and distributing preliminary and final inventory results.
This position is also responsible for month end close including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
Month end close responsibilities including journal entries, account reconciliations and detailed review of shrink transactions Responsible for Shrink Budget and Forecasting Support Fulfillment Centers daily through emails/tickets Support Fulfillment Centers during physical inventory process Prepare and distribute weekly shrink reporting Report preliminary and final physical inventory results Understand and communicate Shrink drivers Partner with Loss Prevention team to understand shrink initiatives Maintain SOX documents and ensure that all controls are being met Take part in quarterly SOX and Financial Audits Perform at least one inventory audit per year Support FCs during system upgrade to WMOS Monitor Cycle Count Compliance Provide continued improvement to current process/reporting.
Project and Ad hoc analysis Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline 3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and organizational skills Advanced PC skills with a high proficiency is required Ability to manage several projects at once with a strong sense of urgency Ability to interact with all levels of management combined with excellent customer service skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
