Job Description
Role Description for: Regional Sales Manager
General
Responsibilities:
Responsible for specific accounts in maintaining OEM relationships through account management and problem resolution.
Target key accounts to develop and implement strategies.
Manage and maintain all OEM/Aftermarket account information in the CRM program.
Develop and implement strategies for retaining and expanding existing products to our OEM accounts.
Analyze and strategize the monthly Return report for OEMs.
Develop, coordinate and implement a travel schedule for sales calls.
Develop and implement pricing strategies.
Responsible for Account Management of the US and Canadian distributors.
Responsible for scheduling and attending regional distributor shows as needed.

Level of Work: This person needs to be able to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying degrees of importance, difficulty and time frames. This person needs to be able to plan and work on short-term initiatives and projects in the 9-18 month range. The ability to anticipate and see various options and interdependencies regarding sales is an important part of the decision making for this role.
Reporting and Working Relationships: This person reports to and directly supports the Director of Business Development who reports to the President. This person works with Sales and Client services staff but does not oversee any direct reports.
The Key Areas of Specific Responsibility are:
Key Result #1: Visit OEM/Large Aftermarket accounts on a yearly schedule
Develop and implement long range plans and sales strategies on various customers
Key Result #2: Customer Communications:
Know and maintain communications with all decision makers in assigned accounts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Result #3: Develop and maintain yearly/monthly sales forecasts and expense budgets.
Develop, monitor and maintain yearly/monthly sales reports - actual and forecasts. Develop, monitor and maintain all yearly expense budgets.
Key Result #4: Technical proficiency with our products.
Be technically proficient with our products and be hands on with problem solving capabilities.

Job Requirements:
o 10-15 years experience in OEM and aftermarket sales
o Entrepreneurial self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
o Strong team player who supports the overall strategic plans of the company
o Strong written and oral communication skills with technical writing abilities
o Computer literate and proficient in Office applications
o Hands-on, team oriented, proactive and committed to excellence
o Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to personal and company growth
Other experience and knowledge that may contribute to success:
o Knowledge and/or experience in the marine industry a strong plus
o Strong experience working with marine boat builders

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
