Mailing Data / Mailing Production
Responsibilities:
o Assist in processing of bulk mail using postal software, CASSing, NCOAing, Deduping
o Assist in preparing USPS documents and reports
o Preform mail merges using Word/Excel and running merged jobs on a Canon copier
o Assist in mailing production department running inkjetting equipment, inserters, and folders
o Assist in maintaining equipment
Qualifications:
o Willingness to learn current postal regulations and in working with the Postal System
o Willingness to learn database merges, perges, postal software (we utilize BCC), CASS, NCOA and postal account requirements including CAPS account
o Ability to multitask
o Ability to remain well organized at all times
o Some experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
o Computer savvy
o Mechanically inclined
o Willingness to get hands dirty 50% of the time
