Automotive Quality Manager
I am opening a search for a Quality Manager for our client in their plastics plant. The position will report to the Plant Manager w/ matrixed reporting to the global director of quality for the division.
The person in the position, after 25 years, has chosen to reduce his working hours (semi-retirement) and move into a consultancy position here, doing project work.
The job description is attached. Key requisites for the position are:
? Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, etc.
? Automotive Industry experience required (TS 16949 experience)
? Plastic Injection Molding experience required
? Minimum 7 years industrial supervisory experience in a quality related field within the auto industry.
? Experience working in a multi-national organization and within a matrixed reporting relationship
Relocation will be considered, their plant is in Massachusetts
