The Harris Products Group, a division of Lincoln Electric, is looking for an OEM Key Account Manager to be based in our Mason, OH corporate headquarters.

What you will do:
As OEM Key Account Manager, you will be selling consumables for brazing and soldering, as well as related capital equipment. Building relationships is essential to obtain information from key decision makers to enable Harris Products Group to best service our customers. You'll be responsible for demonstrating cost reductions to the customer to solidify that relationship and build on the established business. We're looking for someone passionate and competitive who thrives in a high profile role.
Qualified candidates need:
Bachelor's Degree and a 2 - 5 years' industrial sales experience preferred, a prior customer interfacing role is a must, HVAC OEM knowledge a plus
A strong understanding of business finance that can be used to recognize potential cost savings opportunities; knowledge of production operations and managerial accounting is a must
Ability to grasp and explain technical products, and motivated to know our products beyond the marketing brochures
Demonstrated ability to identify key decision makers, build critical relationships, and gain key information
Exceptional oral and written communication skills - you'll be making frequent presentations to both customers and our own leadership team
Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel
Willingness and ability to travel 6-10 nights per month, must have a valid driver's license
Bilingual is a plus.
