Qualifications: Masters Degree in a human service related field, licensed or license eligible as a LICSW, LMHC, or LADC/CADAC, minimum 5 years experience in substance abuse treatment and/or psychiatric preferred. Candidate must have at least 5 years supervisory experience. CASTLE Only - Must have 3 to 5 years of adolescent experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Be familiar with relevant professional codes of ethics, client's rights documents, and laws and regulations that govern both counseling and clinical supervision practices;
o Must demonstrate competence in working within a structured human service setting;
o Skills in fiscal and personnel management, and the ability to maintain positive public relations with the local community including the district court and forensic court clinicians;
o Knowledge of, adherence to, and ability to train staff, regarding state and federal licensing requirements, accreditation bodies and other applicable regulatory agencies;
o Ability to work effectively with multi-systems;
o Strong and effective verbal and written skills as well as knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs;
o Ability to develop effective interdepartmental and interagency collaborations;
o Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program;
o TB screening;
o Ability to apply boundaries and ethics per their professional licensing/certification and SRN policies and procedures;
o Computer Skills.
Responsibilities:
o Maintains and submits any current Licensure or Certificate necessary for the performance of the position;
o Comply with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol Abuse Policy and HIPAA Regulations;
o Provides or assures completion of supervision per HPTC Policy;
o Understanding of the Section 35 process and procedures;
o Familiarity with managing an in-patient milieu including proficiency in de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, ability to set and reinforce milieu rules and crisis debriefing techniques;
o Ensure that programming services adhere to written policies and procedures;
o Ensure that all licensing and accreditation standards are met;
o Interacts with local and community service networks in a manner that enhances the public relations of the facility;
o Utilizes standard precautions at all times;
o Works collaboratively with all parties involved in the clinical review and insurance authorization process to maximize third party income;
o Is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, performance appraisals and implementation of Staff Competencies, Corrective Action and Termination process;
o Coordinates the training and orientation of the clinical staff and clinical interns;
o Meets project deadlines and is an active participant in administrative committee meetings;
o Assures compliance with expectations of attendance at trainings and meetings such as clinical staff, treatment team, rounds, administrative and billing meetings and other meetings as assigned and provides timely, well documented meeting minutes;
o Responsible for continued education in the field of chemical dependency, psychiatric illnesses and any other job related courses deemed necessary;
o Conducts monthly Clinical staff meetings and provides minutes to all necessary parties;
o Attends all programmatic, organizational and committee meetings as assigned;
o Meets regularly with the In-Patient Clinical Directors to maintain consistency in clinical practice and assure continuum of care within and between programs
o Responsible for concise and timely chart reviews;
o Responsible for CQI, Failure Mode Analysis, Tally Card statistics and Sentinel Event;
o Assures that the clinical component of all patient records are completed, professional and thorough with entries made in a timely manner;
o Maintains schedule for the Clinical staff in compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements;
o Utilizes walkie-talkies as site responders, as required;
o Other duties as assigned by the Site Director, Program Director and/or the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Inpatient Services to insure safe and appropriate operation of the units.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
