Responsibilities include:
20% receiving inbound calls
80% outbound calls
Email correspondence, online chat
Appointment setting for the sales team
Skills:
Extremely confident speaking with clients over the phone
Computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail, strong multi-tasking
Ability to work with phone scripts
