Experience Medical Front Desk/Customer Service Expert
Berkeley Eye Center has been a vision care leader in the Greater Houston area for over 55 years. We continue to see growth in a number of locations and patient volume. We are currently searching for a front desk receptionist in the Conroe/Woodlands area.
To be successful in this position you must be able provide excellent customer service through friendliness competency, flexibility and dependability. Good communication skills and integrity is a must.
To be ready to fill this position you will need at least 5 years of medical office experience that has included patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering phones in a professional manner.
Ideally we would prefer this experience to be in a vision care environment but we are willing to consider dynamic individuals with medical office experience, a steady employment history and a desire to work in a new medical specialty.
