Restoration, Construction Manager
Servpro of Napa County is now accepting applications for a full time career-oriented supervisor in residential and commercial disaster cleanup. This would include water damage mitigation which consists of water extraction, drying services, restoration and mold remediation. Fire damage cleaning consists of content and structure cleaning as well as content inventory and pack out services. We are looking for a detailed, energetic, dependable team player that is a hard worker with a great attitude who finds an ever changing environment not only enjoyable but a challenge to be met.

Summary:
We provide 24 - hour emergency service. Some weekends and nights are required due to this we are seeking someone who is willing to work 40 hours/week be flexible to work overtime when required and take an every other week on-call rotation. The candidate must be willing to lead teams of technicians through water mitigation, demolition, structural/contents cleaning, restoration projects and other emergency services as necessary.
Requirements:
-Valid driver's license required with a reasonable driving record.
-Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
-Supervise technicians, ensuring work remains on schedule through restoration process.
-Ability to perform water damage and fire cleaning tasks that can be physically demanding in challenging environments.
-Must have high school diploma or a GED certificate.
-Basic math skills, able to calculate sq. ft., cubic ft., linear ft., etc as necessary.
-Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing and quality control.
-Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
-Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
-IICRC Certifications - WRT and ASD a plus.
-Xactimate experience is a plus.
-Restoration experience and Contractor license a plus.
Pay rate is hourly, DOE
