PM/Estimator - Facilities Services
The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for estimating and management of all Facilities Services related jobs, scheduling, documentation and budgeting in compliance with all company policies and processes with minimal supervision.
Summary of Job Requirements:
o Assist in the development of annual budget, projected annual cost/revenue report, and long and short term look-ahead reports for the Facilities Services Division.
o Be able to provide detailed conceptual estimates and scope of work and written proposals.
o Assist with the establishment and maintenance of documentation on client base, job schedules, and business plans for the Facilities Services Division.
o Ability to maintain and provide detailed project schedules
o Responsible for purchase orders for job materials and services within the limits of the current purchasing authority of the Company.
o Coordinate equipment and or system submittals
o Ensure all job docs are organized and ability to provide project closeout documentation.
o Assist with the establishment of education/training programs for Facilities Services personnel.
Qualifications:
o Proficient in the areas of piping systems, pumping systems, fluid transfer systems, rotating equipment rehabilitation, relay logic, pump and machinery control systems.
o Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulic and Compressed Air Systems a plus.
o Understand and promote safe working environments with full compliance to all pertinent OSHA rules and regulations
o Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schematic drawings.
o Maintain a proper working relationship with subordinates and clients.
o Be proficient in the use of computer e-mail, MS Word MS Excel
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Be able to provide presentations on project deliverables.
o Previous sales experience with MEP / Soft Services is a plus
