The Opportunity
Our client, a leading building component manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join the team at their corporate office in Ashburn, VA.
The selected candidate will provide guidance and assistance to client communities on the use of products supplied, serve as liaison to job-site personnel and act as an advocate for the correct usage of materials in accordance with company product standards.
Job Requirements
We seek candidates with at least 3 years' experience providing customer service expertise in a corporate setting. A working knowledge of wood framed construction and the ability to read construction plans and take-off lists highly desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with AutoCAD required.
Preferred candidates will have experience performing in the following roles:
Liaison and Project Advocate:
o Manage job-site interactions and provide guidance to job-site personnel, resolving issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
o Travel to locations during construction and oversee interaction between customer and company, including managing other outside vendors and special accounting requirements as needed.
o Manage job-site repairs and ensure job-site quality, safety, and productivity.
o Lead job-site progress, assisting with the management of Production Control Coordinators in balancing the production schedule.
o Conduct job-site audits on product usage, assist with troubleshooting issues and address questions timely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Sales and Account Management:
o Direct the review process of all new orders from communities assigned, supervise the activities of those allocated to participate and ensure follow through to the completion of assigned tasks.
o Manage the creation of quotes and bids including negotiating scope of work, scheduling and work flow. Manage the process of reviewing potential jobs to bid and follow through to completion.
o Coordinate communication between departments within company and at job-sites.
o Partner with the Materials Management Team to maintain budgets and quotes ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
