Program Manager

Program Manager CGI Federal currently has a Program Management opportunity providing communications and information technology (IT) services for the Washington Headquarters Service in Arlington, Virginia.
Provides programmatic oversight of 300
person workforce responsible for operating and maintaining multiple networks and associated devices, hardware, software, network infostructure and communications support services for the continued enhancement, modernization and life cycle support for networks, office automation, communications, and software and systems applications supporting critical C4 systems.
Principle Duties and Responsibilitieso Responsible for profit & loss (P&L), program performance, business growth strategic development and business development within the Washington Headquarters Service Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate.
o Managing all back end processes and procedures to include finance, payroll, recruiting, contracts, sub contracts, HR, and admin in respect to the WHS EITSD program and employees.
o Manage the WHS EITSD II program consisting of 300
employees supporting multiple enclaves in the Washington DC area which includes the day-to-day planning and executing of operations delivering Enterprise class service delivery.
o Responsible for delivering full Service Catalog including:
o Data Network Systems Supporto System Administrations Serviceso Network Management Serviceso Network Storage Capacity Planningo Backup and Recoveryo Continuity of Operationso License and Subscription Management Serviceso Standard Desktop Configuration Managemento Remote Site Managemento Command and Control Systems & Applications Serviceso Knowledge Management Applications and Serviceso Portal Technologies and Management Serviceso Web Serviceso Customer Support Serviceso Systems Engineering Support & Serviceso Systems Integrationo Network Enterprise Engineering o Information Assurance Services o Architecture and Engineering Serviceso Institute CGI Federal Client Partner Management Framework and improve current ITIL framework, while maintaining service level agreements and expectations with the customers.
o Strategic planning, problem solving, team building and leading, and making resource informed decisions.
Establishing and achieving strategic goals, focusing organizations and developing positive operational climates.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Responsibilities, and Competencieso Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
o Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
o Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of the principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
o Telecommunications - Knowledge of transport, networks, switching, NetOps, and operations and maintenance of complex IT systems.
o Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
o Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
o Active listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
o Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
