1099 Independent Technicians Wanted !

Contingent Network Services is looking for excellent independent (1099) technicians to partner with us through our Partner Network Program! This is an opportunity to gain further experience and earn income with part-time work as a 1099 contractor. We are looking for professional technicians experienced in telecommunications, VoIP, networking, cabling, and fiber, among other related competencies. Please note that this is NOT a full time position but as you build your resume with us and gain experience, we certainly may be able to keep you busy.

We ask our partners to have access to the following tools/supplies to complete work for us:
- Laptop (XP or greater) w/ charger
- Cisco Style Console Cable or Adapter
- Cell Phone w/ Camera Capabilities
- Ladder (6ft minimum)
- Butt Set
- Punch Down Tools
- 110 and 66 Style blades
- Cat5e Cable (Certified)
- RJ11 and RJ45 jacks
- Patch Cables

Contingent currently has the need for partners with advanced tools and certifications, as advanced tool kits are utilized for specialized jobs. Technicians with the following tools will be given priority status for new project opportunities.
Fiber Optic Meter
T-Berd Test Set (Used for Ethernet, Fiber, DS3, & PRI)
Fluke Meter
Wireless Spectrum Analyzer
EVDO/Aircard for wireless internet access
Toshiba phone certification

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
