This Continuous Improvement Engineer will utilize their innovative ideas, creative thinking and people skills to consistently improve the functioning and overall efficiency of this manufacturing firm. Additionally, you will:
Manage manufacturing cross-functional projects improving operations and reduce errors, waste, defects.
Oversee and monitor operating mechanisms ensuring efficiency and production process.
Demonstrate proficiency in driving Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, defining control specs, collecting data and analyzing overall process improvement.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma training, and experience in cost reduction analysis program.
This Continuous Improvement Engineer has:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry
Demonstrated ability to teach Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen tools.
Must be a change agent who knows how to gather and integrate information quickly.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
