Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Minimum of three years of PC & network troubleshooting experience.
Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
Desktop, Printer, Scanner installation.
Microsoft Windows XP, 7 & 8 Troubleshooting.
Microsoft Office, Office 365, Hosted Exchange setup.
Windows 2003, 2008, 2010 Server Maintenance & Management
Intermediate Active Directory
Intermediate Exchange Server
Experience troubleshooting Mac OS and hardware.
Intermediate Wired / Wireless Network Connectivity.
Intermediate WAN setup and troubleshooting.
Firewall installation & configuration: Sonicwall & Fortinet Brands
OS maintenance, Backups, Imaging, Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware Definition Updates.
IOS and Android Mobile Device support.
Any certifications including the A+, Net
and MCP appreciated, but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
