Assistant Nurse Manager
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in the supervision of employees and coordinating activities associated with the Urgent Care Services Line.
The Assistant Nurse Manager will work with the Nurse Manager of the Urgent Care Services Line in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery of patient care.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care delivery system in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, and/or clinical guidelines.
Assists patients to plan for anticipate life changes, to identify risk factors related to health, and to focus on strengths rather than weakness;Serves as a clinical leader and teacher to the staff;Sets goals and plans for the unit in coordination with the Nurse Manager;Demonstrate and promote professional integrityFollows established safety and health regulations, emergency preparedness, standards and work practices; andAssists in the completion of competency assessment, performance reviews, for the nursing staff that reports to the Nurse Manager.
Work hours will primarily be days - evenings (11:
30 AM - 8:
00 PM) Monday-Friday with occasional rotation to evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
