Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA
Epic Health Services is seeking a Per diem Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
This candidate will provide applied behavior analysis services and oversight of behavior aides.
Provides care in accordance with company philosophy, standards & policies, and payer contract requirements.
Role and Responsibilities Conduct assessment activities related to the need for applied behavior analysis Design, implement, and monitor behavior analysis treatment plans and programs for clients including:
Summarize and analyze data Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals Supervise implementation of treatment Adjust treatment protocols based on data Monitor treatment integrity Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals Evaluate risk management and crisis management Ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols Report progress towards treatment goals Develop and oversee transition/discharge plan Provide supervision as required of behavior aides Document all activities in accordance with guidelines and policy Other duties:
Attend planning meetings Provide clinical information needed for authorizations Monitor home chart for compliance and completeness Competencies Remains calm in stressful situations Operates successfully in a deadline driven environment Demonstrates excellent communications skills - written and verbal Education/Credentials Education:
Master's degree in ABA or a related field Licensure:
Current certification as a BCBA; Current state license if applicable; No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification Required Experience At a minimum, must have 2 years of post-graduate supervised clinical
Experience:
At a minimum, one year post-graduate supervised clinical experience in treating children; and At a minimum, one year post-graduate experience utilizing applied behavior analysis, behavior techniques, interventions, and developing/ monitoring of behavior plan implementation; and Experience with autism spectrum disorders Experience supervising and training staff at varying levels of skills and abilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
