Needs Assessment Coordinator - FT Altoona

Pyramid is committed to providing the highest quality behavioral healthcare services and is currently seeking a Needs Assessment Coordinator for our Corporate Altoona facility.
Conducts screening and/or assessments, using clinical knowledge and skill level, as necessary for the efficient operation of the department. Facilitates appropriate admissions to organization services.
Makes effective referral of callers to resources that meet the caller's needs. Enters assessment and admission data daily.
Intermediate computer and Internet skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word. Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field preferred but not required. To be considered for this position, please submit your cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.
