Our client who is one of the largest producers of steelmakers in America is currently seeking a Process Manager-Maintenance which primarily will supervise personnel within multiple disciplines.
Salary: Commensurable
Requirements:
Associates Degree in a Technology or Supervisory field or a High School diploma with commensurate experience (BSEE or BSEET preferred)
2 years' experience in steel operation or other industrial area
Must be able to work a rotating shift (24/7 operation)
Prefer someone with Hot Rolling experience
Experience with RCM, EXP, and Facilitator
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise personnel of multiple disciplines
Manage the performance of personnel
Provide input into promotions, disciplinary actions and scheduling
Interface with operations, process managers, planners and technical resources to manage asset performance
Provide input to work identification and planning
Incorporate controls standards and equipment maintenance

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
