HR Assistant - Midland/Odessa
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant with a fast growing Oil & Gas company in Odessa. The ideal candidate MUST be personable, be able to work well with a team, like to have fun and want the opportunity to work in the Oil and Gas industry.
In this role, you will perform basic administrative assistant duties such as maintain work orders, customer files, delivery tickets, etc, .Individual will operate a 5-line phone system as well as research locate potential job candidates. Perform data entry and enter information for payroll/time sheets assist with planning new employee orientation meetings and maintain employee database records. Assist with Human Resources duties and work in software systems as needed. This is a casual work environment and the schedule is Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Punctuality and dependability is a MUST!
Human Resources experience of at least 1-3 years is required. Ability to complete multiple and diverse tasks, differing priorities without close supervision. Administrative/office experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus. Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Onboarding. Preferred:
Microsoft Office Access; New HR Benefits.
