Accounting Administrative Assistant - Midland/Odessa
Notable Business Investment Company is seeking for a friendly and professional Admin/Receptionist to greet and assist office staff. Ensure all visitors and clients are greeted promptly and professionally. Ensure prompt communication with all office staff related to client interaction. Responsible for answer phones promptly, professionally and routing calls as appropriate. Greet walk-in visitors promptly, professionally and directing to appropriate office staff. On a daily basis scan/copy/file for the office as needed. Prepare outgoing mail and assist AM's as needed with client accounts. Review Key Process Controls and ensure is understood and in how role is impacted. Ensure that best practice is both shared and implemented within the company.
At least 1 year or more of previous administrative, financial industry and/or customer service experience required. This position is for a self-starter and efficient individual with strong communication skills. Ability to anticipate problem situations and propose solutions therefore, organizational skills are essential.
